Can I use 1 cold wallet (offline) & use my other phone as a watch wallets. If I want to set multiple wallets, do they all have to be watch wallets? how do i do that?

I read it and it doesn’t make sense to what I wanted. Sub-wallets seem too complicated. I want to open multiple watch wallets. Do I also need to open multiple cold wallets as well ? Still trying to stay with using only 2 phones.
if you want to open several wach wallets, just typer those addresses to create them. maybe don’t you get what is watch wallet?
