What can I do to see the money I withdraw from my account?

I withdraw $50 from my TP wallet account on 19/09/2024

Till now I haven’t seen the money I contacted customer care service through WhatsApp and explained to them, and they responded that I would deposit $50 before my account could work because it’s under security suspension which I did and showed them the screenshot of the transaction I made which they told me that my application has been submitted for review, till now I have not hear from them anymore
