不依照命名格式和发布规范的提案，可能将被论坛管理员认为是不合格提案，而不予置顶讨论。
1. 讨论大厅阶段
因完整的提案需充分考虑可执行性以及提案细节，对于提案人来说，独立完善所有细节有一定难度，所以“讨论大厅”会成为一个非常好的平台就提案内容征集意见，在“讨论大厅”发布提案讨论帖子，命名规范如下：
【提案讨论】+讨论主题+选择【讨论阶段】标签（确保为第一顺位标签）
讨论阶段请在以下几种选项中选择标签：
意见征集（寻求社区意见，并起到预公示作用）
讨论关闭（意见征求结束，开始设计正式提案）
讨论取消（提案人放弃该提案设计）
提示，请根据讨论阶段修改帖子的对应标签，管理员也可能参与修改。
2. 提案投票阶段
门槛：抵押TPT可以生成xTPT，持有1000万xTPT才可以发起提案
如果在讨论大厅已经经过充分的讨论，可以进入提案阶段了，提案人请在讨论大厅板块将相关讨论标签设置为【讨论关闭】，并在论坛的“提案投票”板块编写并发布正式提案，此时提案人需要留意账户里有没有1000万xTPT，持有1000万xTPT才可以发起提案。
如果提案人认为自己的提案已经完整，也可以跳过讨论大厅阶段，直接在“提案投票” 板块发布提案，此时提案人需要留意账户里有没有1000万xTPT，持有1000万xTPT才可以发起提案。
一旦提案发布在“提案投票”版块，并进入投票阶段后，提案正文内容不允许有内容性的修改，但可以在不改变提案内容的前提下，修改措辞，或者订正错别字。
提案命名请遵守以下规范：

【提案编号】的格式为 TIP1 （具体数字请根据当时顺序填写）
提案名称请尽可能简洁，建议可以根据解决什么问题，设计什么模式，开发什么产品为命名方式。

3. 提案投票阶段
投票时长：提案人指定
投票对象：xTPT持有人 1xTPT=1票
通过标准：在规定的投票时间内，赞成票大于反对票

2. Proposal voting stage
Threshold: Staking TPT can generate xTPT, holding 10 million xTPT to initiate a proposal
If there has been sufficient discussion in the discussion hall to enter the proposal stage, the proposer should set the relevant discussion tab to [Discussion Closed] in the discussion hall section and prepare and post a formal proposal in the “Proposal Voting” section of the forum, at which point the proposer needs to pay attention to whether there is 10 million xTPT in their account, and hold Only if you have 10 million xTPT can you initiate a proposal.
If the proposer feels that their proposal is complete, they can skip the discussion hall stage and post their proposal directly in the “Proposal Voting” section, where they will need to keep an eye on their account to see if they have 10 million x TPT and can only initiate a proposal if they have 10 million x TPT.
Once a proposal has been posted in the “Proposal Voting” section and has entered the voting stage, no content changes are allowed to the body of the proposal, but you may change the wording or correct typos without changing the content of the proposal.
