早期提案将由TokenPocket基金会发起。

–抵押TPT可以生成xTPT，持有1000万xTPT才可以发起提案，提案由全体xTPT持有人投票表决，1xTPT代表1票，在规定的投票时长内，支持票大于反对票则提案通过，进入执行阶段。
Staking TPT can generate xTPT. A proposal can only be initiated by holding 10 million xTPTs. The proposal is voted on by all xTPT holders, with 1 xTPT representing 1 vote. If the votes for the proposal are greater than the votes against within the specified voting time, the proposal is passed and enters the execution stage.
