Mistaken USDT Transfer to Contract Address (BSC)

Hello, I would like to report a mistaken USDT transfer and request your assistance.

Transaction summary:

  • Asset: USDT
  • Amount: 2,999.99 USDT
  • Network: BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)
  • Sending platform: Binance (Spot Wallet)
  • Date: 2026-01-26

I later realized that this address is a smart contract address , not a personal wallet address.
The transaction is marked as “Completed” on Binance, but the USDT does not appear to be accessible.

My request:

  • Please confirm whether this contract has an owner or administrator
  • Please advise if there is any technical possibility to recover the USDT
  • If recovery is not possible, I kindly request an official confirmation stating that recovery is technically impossible
