Please I need help, I can't access my account. This happened after I deleted my app and reinstalled, I have imported with my recovery code but but keep seeing new accounts, please what can I get help?

I lost my account after deleting and reinstalled my TP app,
I have tried to retrieve with the recovery code but it’s not open rather I keep seeing another new account entire account.
