转账公链错了，把接收地址的私钥导入对应的公链钱包。或者在TP钱包接收地址“资产”页点击右上角“详情”、选择“同步钱包”，将钱包同步到对应接收公链。然后切换到正确的公链钱包进行查看。
There is an error with the transfer public chain. Please import the private key of the receiving address into the corresponding public chain wallet. Alternatively, on the “Asset” page of the TP wallet receiving address, click on “Details” in the upper right corner and select “Synchronize Wallet” to synchronize the wallet to the corresponding receiving public chain. Then switch to the correct public chain wallet for viewing.

import your wallet with the mnemonic phrase of the receiver addres in the base network, and you can find your eth.
